The role
We’re seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior PPC Analyst to join our marketing team. You’ll take the lead on managing high-budget campaigns, driving traffic growth, and leveraging AI-based tools for optimization. This role is perfect for someone with a growth mindset—always seeking better, faster, and smarter ways to deliver impact.
What you’ll do…
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives to maximize ROI
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure scalable growth
- Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies based on performance data
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to launch AI-driven automation tools that support campaign scalability
- Run A/B tests and lead conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Stay current on PPC trends, platform updates, and industry innovations
What you have
Must-Have:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with strong ROI
- Proven track record in managing large-scale marketing budgets for globally targeted campaigns
- Proficiency in platforms and tools including Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Strong data analysis skills; ability to convert insights into actionable optimizations
- Experience developing traffic growth strategies with measurable results
- A growth mindset—curious, adaptive, and always striving to improve
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Hebrew is a plus
