The role

What you’ll do…

  • You’ll help build core systems used by thousands of users globally, directly contributing to the success of top-tier e-commerce brands.
  • Lead a team of backend developers.
  • Implement architecture at all stages of development, including coding, design, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Plan, design, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other R&D teams to deliver data solutions and insights.

What you have

Must-Have:

  • 6+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role, preferably in a fast-paced product or SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern backend frameworks and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Actual experience with GenAI tools and prompt engineering
  • Experience with data research and analytics.
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, drive code quality, and lead code reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering – An advantage.
