The role

We are looking for a VP of Business Development with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our team.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers
  • Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with quarterly, annual, and multi-year goals
  • Own, manage, and grow strong relationships with key international partners, including all commercial, legal, financial, and marketing needs
  • Research, pursue, and develop new, long-term business relationships to support company growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders cross-functionally to identify supply requirements and growth opportunities
  • Provide timely resolution to partner issues and develop a deep understanding of internal systems to enhance stakeholder support.

What you have

  • Fluent English is A MUST
  • 10+ years experience in Sales, Business development, and account management roles in performance marketing
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Comfortable using consultative selling techniques and analytical skills for sales metrics
  • Exceptional communication and social skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience working with C-level managers is an advantage
  • Experience in the online comparison landscape: an advantage
